Alignment & energy work: Live energetic work while you sit or lie down comfortably. Integration rest: A few quiet minutes to settle after the session. Everyday guidance: Simple suggestions for integrating the experience into your day. Tech & setup: • Stable internet connection and video call • Quiet space and comfortable clothing • Water nearby • Position your camera so your head and upper body are visible What people may experience: Inner alignment: A greater sense of ease and centeredness.
