Strength, Calm & Fun for Your Child

What is Yoga?

Yoga is one of the oldest sciences in the world, bringing body, mind, and emotions into harmony. About

Dan Lexow

Dan Lexow is not only an experienced yoga teacher — he’s also a loving father of two young children. He understands exactly what kids need to feel safe, seen, and motivated. His classes are full of warmth, humor, and structure, helping children find calmness and confidence in a natural way.

Dan was educated in Yoga by Himalayan Masters — true keepers of this ancient wisdom — and was blessed to receive his training freely. Out of deep gratitude, he now passes on this true yoga tradition by offering it for free, beginning with the children — the hearts of our future.
